Q: How should I clean my 3D printed item?

A: Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and cold or lukewarm water. Avoid harsh scrubbing or abrasive cleaning products, as they can damage the surface.

Q: Can I put it in the dishwasher? And in the microwave?

A: 3D printed items are not dishwasher safe. The high heat and strong detergents may warp or damage the object over time.

3D printed products can not be microwaved. The material can soften or release substances when exposed to high temperatures.

Q: Can it be exposed to the sun or heat?

A: PLA 3D printed items should be kept away from direct and continued sunlight and high temperatures (above 60ºC/140ºF), as the material can soften or warp over time.

However, all items in our shop specifically designed to be used in cars are printed in PETG, a material that is more heat-resistant and durable than PLA.

PLA is a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources like cornstarch or sugarcane. It's lightweight and perfect for decorative or light-use items.

PETG is a tough, clear, and flexible plastic related to PET (used in bottles).
It's stronger than PLA, resistant to heat (up to ~80°C / 176°F), easier to clean, and recyclable too.
It's perfect for car accessories and items exposed to pressure or warm conditions.

Can I use it for food or drinks?

A: Unless specifically stated as food-safe and treated accordingly, 3D printed items are NOT recommended for direct food contact. The layered surface can trap bacteria if not specially treated.

 
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Forks! We ship worldwide with tracking when available.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–11 business days, depends if you select standard or fast delivery.
- North America: 7–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs inspections (when buying from outside the EU).

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Possibly. If you're ordering from outside Spain or the EU, your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or handling fees.
These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping fees and are the buyer's responsibility.

Right now we are including customs on our shipping price ONLY for deliveries to US. Rest of the countries outside EU, the above paragraph applies.

Details on return policy: customs and failure to deliver

- Customs or import fees will not be refunded in case of return. If customs were included in the shipping cost, split will be explained by shop manager.
- If fail to deliver is caused by unpaid customs, incorrect address on the order, no phone contact, no pickup, or other reason: refund is only possible after request, if product is sent back to us in perfect conditions. In that case, only product price will be refunded (not shipping price, customs, nor others)

Phone number

We highly recommend adding your mobile phone number on your order. This will be used for a better delivery experience and solving any unexpected issues by delivery company. All shipping companies in Europe require this information as mandatory.

Customs require phone number of the recipient to clarify any aspect. This information is mandatory in these cases.

Any consequence on customs or delivery companies not been able to contact you due to lack of this info, is out of seller's control and responsibility.
