Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order for the return to be accepted.
To initiate a return, you can contact us through the contact section.
If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product they wish to return, unless the item has a defect or problem. If you wish, we can generate a return label for you. The cost of this shipping will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
In case of a defect or problem, we will send the return label via chat or email, at our expense, along with the next steps to resolve the issue.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period within the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As with the above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
